OVES is proud to offer its Members access to our new Resource Center located at our offices on Springfield Road. Members can stop in during business hours to use a computer, have secretarial work done, rent our boardroom, as well as have unlimited access to our Resource Library, both online and in our printed archives.

The OVES Resource Center is an excellent facility for our Members to conduct market research, use the Internet on one of our shared computers, have a board meeting, meet with mentors and coaches, as well as perform everyday office functions like faxing and photocopying. As an OVES member, you can receive faxes at the Center and have them waiting for you to pick up during regular office hours. Our boardroom seats 8 and offers free Wi-Fi Internet access and large-screen projector.

For those wishing to conduct market or industry research, we have a full archived database in both print and online research materials. And there is usually a Board member in the office to help you with any questions you may have. As OVES is a non-profit organization, some charges will apply for some services. Currently, our rates for services is as follows:

• Internet access and use of a computer terminal: FREE
• Access to online and printed research materials: FREE
• Use of telephone for local calls: FREE
• Boardroom rental: $40 half day, $80 full day. Includes large-screen projector and flip chart.
• Faxing: $0.10 per page incoming, no charge outgoing provided the destination is a local number.
• Photocopying: $0.20 per page black and white, $0.40 per page for color.
• Secretarial Services: $40 per hour.
