Through the creation and offering of relevant programs, services and activities contributes to the development of “ entrepreneurial leaders” in the Okanagan Valley region of British Columbia.

With the presentation of the OVES model as a “centre hub” inspires and contributes to the formation of a network of alliances  amongst the organizations outlined in the OVES Coalition chart.

Through the development and implementation of the two preceding goals presents a unique and effective environment for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to come together as entrepreneurially like-minded people to "share their entrepreneurial dreams".
